FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Click “Client Login” at top of page.

  • Enter your username and password
    Details of your previous orders can be seen.

    The “Address Book” section shows your current default shipping and billing addresses and provided the option to enter additional addresses via “Add New Address” at the top right corner.
  • If you know the product code you require: enter the code into the Search field (top right of page) and click "go". Alternatively, click on the Filing Supplies tab. Products are categorised as Folders, Labels or Accessories.
    1. Click on appropriate heading. The choice of folders can be narrowed down by clicking on the sub-headings such as Wallets or Binders. The choice of labels can similarly be narrowed down by clicking on the sub-headings such as Alpha or Numeric.
    2. Click “View Detail”
    3. NB: Some products are available in a variety of sizes, colours, lets etc. When purchasing such products, select the appropriate size, colour etc by clicking your required option in the “Choose an option” field. Ensure that the code then displayed is the product code that you require.
    4. Enter the quantity you wish to order in the “Quantity” field.
    5. Click “Add to cart”
    6. Your shopping cart will be displayed. Click “Continue shopping” until all your selections are in the cart.
    7. Click “Proceed to Checkout”
  • Check or select your required billing address and press “Continue”

  • Select a shipping address or click “Use Billing Address” if that is appropriate and then click “Continue”
     
  • If you have an order number, enter it into the “Order Number” field.

  • If you have been given an account number by us, please enter it into the “Account Number” field.
    Add any special delivery instructions into that field.
     
  • Check your billing and shipping addresses.

  • Click on “Place purchase order”.

  • Your screen will show an acknowledgment that your order has been received and a system-generated order number will be provided. You will also have the option to print a copy of your order for your records.

  • Click “Sign out” when you have finished your order.
